Join Green Acres Foundation as a dedicated Health Care Aide in Coaldale, Alberta. This full-time role focuses on providing essential personal care and assistance to seniors in our facility.

As a Health Care Aide, you'll be part of a team that values enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Your role includes substantial responsibility for residents' well-being. You are expected to have strong organizational skills to efficiently manage the activities of daily living, personal care, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in daily living activities and personal care

• Respond to emergency situations and calls

• Help with residents' medication administration

• Engage in housekeeping, meal service, and recreational support

• Complete charting and reporting with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate required

• Current Criminal Record Check within the last 6 months

• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken

• First Aid, Food Safety, and WHMIS training advantageous
