In this role with CBI Home Health, you will assist clients in achieving their best lives through compassionate care. The position involves light housekeeping, supporting mobility, and documenting changes in client health. Strong communication skills and a commitment to weekend work are vital to ensure ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily personal care routines
• Facilitate light exercises for improved mobility
• Report and document any health changes accurately
• Implement care plans with attention to client needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as required
Requirements:
• Active and valid CAHL license in good standing
• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Documented negative TB test required
• Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
• Capacity to lift 35 lbs safely
