Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Lethbridge, Alberta

We’re looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on patient care, is comfortable on the road, and wants a career with real flexibility and variety.

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy at clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow‑up for equipment performance and compliance.
• Deliver and exchange equipment, which may involve lifting up to 60lbs and long‑distance travel for home visits.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training with various community partners.
• Perform initial oxygen set‑up for discharged clients from health care facility and regular follow‑up assessments for oxygen therapy.
• Conduct in‑office consultations and comprehensive sleep consultations with patients, ensuring high patient interaction and support.
• Effective communication with Physicians, administrative staff, Managers and Directors.

• Registered Respiratory Therapist designation required
• Experience or knowledge in Oxygen Therapy is preferred; familiarity with PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) Therapy is a plus.
• Class 5 Driver’s License required.
• Professional and friendly interpersonal skills with strong customer service values and communication skills.
• Good time management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Ability to multi‑task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment.
