Position: Compassionate Health Care Aide Needed

In this essential role, you will report to the Director of Care while working under senior nursing staff. You will be instrumental in facilitating daily living for residents, focusing on emotional and physical needs while ensuring their dignity is maintained. Your actions will be pivotal in promoting independence and quality of life for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for residents' daily personal and social activities

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers within the facility

• Document care activities and report observations diligently

• Replenish supplies and ensure cleanliness in care areas

• Encourage participation in recreational activities promoting socialization

Requirements:

• Completion of Health Care Aide training program

• Registration with the appropriate health care registry

• Active CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills

• Willingness to adapt to varied shifts and conditions
