As a Health Care Aide, you'll engage directly with residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities like dressing and grooming

• Advocate for residents and report changes in their condition

• Collaborate with the care team to maintain care plans

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and support choices

• Promote teamwork by mentoring peers on best practices

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent

• Grade 12 or GED;
First Aid certification

• Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Current Criminal Records Check and tuberculosis screening
