The successful incumbent will show proficiency in the following areas:
Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with members of the interdisciplinary team. You must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills. Required Qualifications
Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving skills is essential.
Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Child Development and a strong commitment to Family Centered Care.
The successful candidate will have proven oral and written communication skills to facilitate working cooperatively and effectively with other health care team members, community agencies, children, and their families/caregivers.
Connect Care experience is an asset.
