Position: Health Care Aide at St. Therese Villa
Join St. Therese Villa as a Health Care Aide providing compassionate care to individuals in supportive living and dementia care settings.

Your role focuses on personal care and well-being for residents.

As a regulated Health Care Aide in a temporary full-time position, you will deliver direct personal care and health support following regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with the nursing team, assisting clients with daily living activities while monitoring their health status. Engage in continuous improvement and support both individual comfort and holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and health support to clients

• Monitor and report changes in health status

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Recognize and report behavioral changes in clients

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Valid practice permit from College of LPNs and HCAs

• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Empathy and professionalism in interactions

• Additional certification in geriatric or long-term care preferred
