In this regulated role, you will provide direct personal health services across various needs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and promoting comfort and dignity among clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and health support services to residents

• Assist with activities of daily living for client comfort

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status

• Collaborate with nursing teams to implement care plans

• Engage in continuous improvement through feedback and self-reflection

Requirements:

• Valid practice permit from CLHA required

• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care settings

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Empathy and professionalism in client interactions

• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
