Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound referrals with warmth and consistency

• Accurately document clinical intake questionnaires

• Use communication skills to connect with older adults

• Ensure compliance with sequencing for verbal consents

• Coordinate immediate scheduling for patient appointments

Requirements:

• 1+ years of direct patient healthcare experience

• Experience in sales or patient enrollment

• Proven track record in outbound calling

• Proficient in using multiple digital health platforms

• Reside legally in Alberta, Canada
