Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes

• Assist clients to mobilize and perform light exercises

• Observe, document, and report changes in client conditions

• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed

• Ensure client safety and independence in community settings

Requirements:

• Active CLHA license in good standing

• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

• Proof of negative TB test within your lifetime

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Commitment to work every other weekend
