Part-Time Health Care Aide Role

Location: Coaldale

Join Green Acres Foundation in Coaldale, Alberta as a Health Care Aide and provide essential daily support for seniors. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive attitude.

This part-time permanent position offers 22.5 hours per week, flexible shift options including mornings and evenings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, as you will assist with personal care, respond to emergencies, and contribute to a comforting living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in daily living activities

• Provide personalized care and medication assistance

• Swiftly respond to emergency calls as needed

• Facilitate meals and recreational programming

• Complete required documentation efficiently

Requirements:

• Must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate

• Recent Criminal Record Check (within 6 months)

• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Clear communication in written and spoken English

• First Aid and other training are helpful
