Evening and Night Health Care Aide

Location: Coaldale

Join Green Acres Foundation as a Health Care Aide in Coaldale, Alberta, providing essential support for seniors in a compassionate setting. This full-time role focuses on personal care, assistance, and home-like environments.

As a Health Care Aide, you'll work permanent full-time hours with an average of 37.5 hours weekly. Flexibility is key, as you must cover shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM or 10 PM to 6 AM, including weekends and holidays. Your organizational and interpersonal skills will be crucial to ensuring a positive living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Provide personal care and meet emergency needs

• Manage residents' medication protocols

• Support housekeeping and prepare meals

• Complete all charting and reporting accurately

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate required

• Current Criminal Record Check necessary

• Registration on College of LPNs and HCAs in Alberta

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• First Aid and Food Safety certification is a plus
