Care Rx is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join its Lethbridge team, ensuring all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will collaborate with pharmacy staff, provide exceptional patient care, and manage medication therapy with a focus on therapeutic appropriateness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely

• Conduct medication regimen reviews and documentation

• Communicate with the resident care team professionally

• Assist in monitoring pharmacy inventory

• Support training for newly hired pharmacy staff

Requirements:

• Licensed with the Alberta College of Pharmacy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with Kroll Windows application preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Previous long-term pharmacy experience is an asset
