Elevate pediatric care as a Speech Pathologist II at Melcor Centre in Lethbridge.
Your role focuses on independent practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team for children aged 0-18.
Located in the Audiology and Children’s Allied Health program, this position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain collaborative relationships with peers. You will be involved in assessment, intervention, and health promotion, ensuring each child's needs are met holistically. New graduates receive significant mentorship, making this an ideal environment for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations and develop intervention strategies
• Collaborate in rehabilitation service delivery
• Supervise and mentor students in practice
• Inform service integration and program improvements
• Provide case management and health education
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Registered or eligible with ACSLPA
• Community pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated capacity for independent work
