This full-time position involves collaborating with the pharmacy team to manage medication orders and provide quality care to patients in long-term facilities. The successful candidate will dispense medications, assess critical needs, and respond rapidly to prescription requests while promoting health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions safely for diverse patient needs

• Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations

• Maintain professionalism while communicating with care teams

• Follow all regulations and best practices in pharmacy

• Assist in monitoring pharmacy inventory levels

Requirements:

• Currently licensed with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)

• Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities

• Familiarity with Kroll Windows is beneficial

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Long-term pharmacy experience considered an asset
