Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Lethbridge, Alberta

We provide clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment. We're looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, is comfortable on the road, and wants a career with real flexibility and variety.
WhatYou'll Do
- Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy at client's homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up for equipment performance and compliance.
- Deliver and exchange equipment, which may involve lifting up to 60lbs and long-distance travel for home visits.
- Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training with various community partners.
- Perform initial oxygen set-up for discharged clients from health care facility and regular follow-up assessments for oxygen therapy.
- Conduct in-office consultations and comprehensive sleep consultations with patients, ensuring high patient interaction and support.
- Effective communication with Physicians, administrative staff, Managers and Directors.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist designation required
- Experience or knowledge in Oxygen Therapy is preferred; familiarity with PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) Therapy is a plus.
- Class 5 Driver's License required.
- Professional and friendly interpersonal skills with strong customer service values and communication skills.
- Good time management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment.
