Your primary responsibilities include resolving drug-related issues and managing compounding and packaging activities within the Pharmacy Services unit. This position operates on a varied shift pattern including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical services safely

• Manage ongoing medication therapy for patients

• Assess and resolve potential drug-related problems

• Oversee compounding and packaging of medications

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

• Current registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy

• Strong problem-solving skills in pharmaceutical care

• Ability to work varied shift patterns

• Satisfactory criminal record check required
