Location: Coaldale
Take on a rewarding temporary Health Care Aide role at Coaldale Health Centre. Provide crucial support for patients in daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being.
As a temporary part-time HCA, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. Your work will focus on supporting hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety while collaborating with nurses and caregivers. Observing and reporting on patients’ health will be key to maintaining high care standards throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with patient daily living activities
• Support nursing staff in routine tasks
• Monitor and report on health and mood
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and visitors
• Participate in organized care programs
Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with CLHA as Health Care Aide
• Health Care Aide Certificate completion within 18 months
• Pass a criminal record check
• Availability for night and weekend shifts
