Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Taber, Alberta, focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves managing prescription requests and ensuring product safety and compliance.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll assist the Pharmacy Manager with daily operations. You'll engage directly with patients, facilitating consultations and filling prescriptions accurately. Building strong relationships with the Professional Services District Manager and adhering to Walmart's established procedures ensure both regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Counsel patients on pharmaceutical products sold

• Maintain proper storage of pharmacy products

• Operate pharmacy equipment, including register and computer

• Ensure operational hours are met for patient access

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Valid Pharmacist License required

• Additional Prescribing Authorization in Alberta preferred

• Ability to collaborate with pharmacy staff and management
