Position: Service Worker I Corrections
Become a Service Worker I at Lethbridge Correctional Centre, contributing to healthcare and patient care within Corrections. This role focuses on patient transportation, inventory maintenance, and assisting nurses with medication orders.

This regular full-time position encompasses a variety of tasks in a healthcare setting. You will transport patients and equipment, clean care areas, and monitor supply levels. Your proactive communication with Unit Managers ensures safety and efficiency in our unit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport patients and equipment between care areas

• Distribute and replenish hospital supplies throughout the units

• Clean equipment and patient care areas as directed

• Report safety and supply concerns to Unit Managers

• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent required

• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills

• Time management and inventory control experience

• Familiarity with healthcare settings preferred

• Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards preferred
