As a Health Care Aide, you will work under a care manager, providing essential personal care and support services tailored to each client’s needs. Your responsibilities include observing clients, documenting care, and ensuring continuity in care delivery, all within a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs

• Prepare meals and support dietary requirements

• Conduct light housekeeping and maintain hygiene

• Accompany clients on outings and errands

• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

• Valid Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent

• CPR/First Aid training (current or willing to obtain)

• Driver's license and own transportation needed

• Recent Criminal Record Check (within 1 year)

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
