Position: Compassionate Health Care Aides Needed
Mimak Care is looking for dedicated Health Care Aides (HCAs) for assignments throughout Alberta, focusing on long-term care and assisted living facilities. Your compassion and skills in personal care can make a difference in residents' lives.

The role requires qualified individuals currently registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta. You will need a recognized HCA certificate along with CPR/First Aid certification. Essential skills include safe handling of residents, effective communication, and proficiency in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities

• Support mobility and safe transfers for residents

• Document care accurately and follow HCA scope

• Work collaboratively with regulated healthcare professionals

• Adhere to Mimak Care policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs

• Recognized Health Care Aide certificate

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Recent criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearance

• Training in dementia and resident handling
