As a PSW, you will be responsible for adhering to care plans, documenting resident care, and supporting new staff during onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' care, reporting observations to supervisors

• Document care-related information as directed

• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required

• Assist in onboarding new team members

• Adhere to IPAC policies for infection control

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program

• Knowledge of bedside care and sanitation techniques

• Familiarity with the needs of geriatric residents

• Meeting vocational standards and best practices

• Commitment to delivering compassionate care
