Working under the Care Coordinator's guidance, you will conduct various personal care services, assist with daily activities, and ensure clients feel safe and cared for. This role emphasizes empathy and client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily personal care and hygiene
• Prepare nutritious meals for clients
• Manage light housekeeping duties as needed
• Accompany clients on necessary outings and errands
• Document client progress and care plans accurately
Requirements:
• Certified Healthcare Aide or equivalent qualification
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to train
• Recent TB test or chest x-ray documents
• Class 5 driver's license and access to own vehicle
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
