This hands-on role, reporting to the HR Manager, involves providing clerical and administrative support, ensuring accuracy in employee records, and managing attendance. Candidates who excel in fast-paced environments while delivering excellent organizational skills will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate timecard processing in Ceridian Dayforce

• Audit attendance and process absence requests

• Conduct plant onboarding and orientation sessions

• Track the attendance management program

• Provide clerical support for safety compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Education in Office or Business Administration

• 1-3 years' experience in administrative support

• Excellent MS Office and database management skills

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems

• Ability to navigate high-turnover environments
