Select People Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and people-focused HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, coordinating day-to-day HR activities, and keeping processes running smoothly. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Hours:
- The rate of pay will be based off experience and industry standards
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
- Assist with employee inquiries, policy administration, and day-to-day HR support
- Coordinate training, performance management, and other employee-related documentation and processes
- Support HR initiatives, reporting, compliance requirements, and special projects as required
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and other workplace systems
- Working toward or holding a CPHR designation
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration
- Knowledge of Alberta employment standards and general HR best practices
