As an IT Customer Support II, you'll engage with various users to provide vital technical support for computing devices and applications. This position emphasizes both onsite and remote assistance, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently. Collaborating with teams across Alberta, you will also delve into solving complex tech problems needing specialized expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver deskside support for AHS technology needs
• Communicate technical information to diverse users
• Address devices, applications, and peripheral-related issues
• Work on complex technical problems with escalation paths
• Uphold confidentiality and customer service excellence
Requirements:
• Completion of a Computer Support certificate or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver's license mandatory
• At least 2 years of recent deskside support experience preferred
• Proven skills in customer service within large organizations
• Satisfactory criminal record check necessary
