EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)
AboutThe Role
We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare IT workflows and clinical data systems. Your hands‑on expertise with platforms like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about real-world healthcare operations — making a tangible impact on the future of digital health.

- Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT best practices
- Assess the accuracy and real-world applicability of AI outputs against your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and administrative workflows
- Leverage your knowledge of system configuration, deployment, and optimization to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and real-world practicality of healthcare IT guidance
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, task‑based environment
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
- Experience training or supporting end-users on EMR/EHR platforms
