Join Entrust as a Cloud Technical Program Manager in Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France, and lead strategic cloud operations. Oversee vendor coordination and drive seamless internal collaboration for cloud services.

As the Cloud Technical Program Manager, you'll be a key point of contact between Entrust and cloud service partners. This role demands expertise in coordinating operations across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Product Management while ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence. Your leadership will support reliable SaaS performance and risk management across cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with managed services partners on SLAs and deliverables

• Manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams

• Drive incident management and compliance monitoring

• Oversee release lifecycle and deployment governance

• Provide executive health reports and facilitate operational reviews

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management, with 5+ in cloud

• Proven third-party/vendor relationship management skills

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiarity with Fin Ops and cloud cost optimization practices

• PMP, PgMP, or relevant certifications preferred
