Technical Support Specialist at CFIA

Join the CFIA team as a Technical Support Specialist in Ottawa. You will be responsible for providing timely assistance and solutions to Apple device users with a focus on software and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk inquiries within 4 hours
