In this innovative role, the AI Workflow Engineer collaborates closely with various teams to facilitate FGF Brands' Digital and AI Transformation. Reporting to both the Digital & AI Transformation Lead and team leaders, you will bridge the gap between technology and real-world challenges. Your work will focus on identifying automation opportunities and translating business processes into effective, AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows for automation

• Prototype AI-assisted workflows for better quality

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms

• Troubleshoot AI usage queries among team members

• Champion responsible AI practices and governance

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in process improvement or technology roles

• Practical experience with AI and automation tools

• Excellent skills in communicating technical concepts

• Solid understanding of business operations

• A passion for leveraging AI for operational success
