Enhance your career with Constellation Payments as a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent. This remote role focuses on solving complex technical issues related to payment processing and integrations.
In this position, you'll be integral to resolving escalated technical inquiries from merchants and partners. You will utilize your strong knowledge of REST APIs and payment processing concepts to troubleshoot and analyze issues. Collaboration with Engineering and Product teams is key to ensure effective solutions and updates to documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 support issues
• Troubleshoot payment gateway and transaction processing issues
• Analyze logs and API calls to identify root causes
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
• Assist with SDK configuration and integration best practices
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
• Familiar with Postman and ticketing systems
• Understanding of payment fee models and compliance
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
