• Provide insurance solutions for new and existing clients, with a focus on Personal Lines/Auto Insurance
• Convert inbound leads into long‑term, satisfied clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent follow‑through
• Apply product knowledge and sales expertise to drive retention and growth

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and a motivated, team‑oriented attitude
