Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal and retention of home, rental, tenant, and condo insurance policies
• Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and payments with precision
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Provide clear, tailored coverage solutions to meet client needs
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed client notes and complete administrative tasks accurately
• Stay informed on current insurance products, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in Personal Lines Insurance
• Fluency in Punjabi is nice to have
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC software is a nice to have
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and accuracy
