Astro Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Type: In Office, Full Time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
• Provincial insurance license (Level
  1)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CIP, CRM, or other designations an asset
