What Will You Do?

As an Account Manager working hybrid out of our Lethbridge office
, you ll:

• Provide professional insurance advice to clients with clear and timely communication on insurance policies and coverages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
• Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:

• A level 1 Alberta Insurance License or above
• 1 year of experience as an insurance broker

Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:

• Additional insurance licenses and/or relevant experience
• Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
• Proficiency in insurance company portals
