Acera Insurance is looking for a Personal Insurance Client Advisor in Fort McMurray, AB. This full-time, permanent role focuses on excellent customer service and account management in personal insurance.

As a Client Advisor, you will service personal insurance clientele while growing a specific book of business through effective relationships and service. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of related insurance experience and possess a Level 1 General Insurance License, with a Level 2 being an asset. Become part of a dedicated team of insurance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to personal insurance clients

• Manage policy changes and handle claims reporting

• Review and renew existing client policies

• Seek new business opportunities through networking

• Promote cross-selling of Acera's products

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance

• Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License required

• Degree or diploma in a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and insurance software

• Demonstrated professionalism and client relationship skills
