Position: PepsiCo Engineering Supply Chain Co-op
Join Pepsi Co Canada for a 2026 Fall Co-op in Engineering Supply Chain in Lethbridge. Gain hands-on experience in supply chain functions and lead projects in a dynamic environment.

This four-month co-op position is ideal for 2nd to 4th year students pursuing degrees in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. You will engage with senior leaders, analyze supply chain metrics, and tackle operational challenges while guiding teams. Flexible in nature, this opportunity provides a fast-paced learning experience in manufacturing and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand diverse supply chain functions and disciplines

• Assist in developing business processes and metrics

• Report findings to team members and management

• Manage production staff to achieve quality goals

• Facilitate team meetings to foster process improvement

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

• Self-starter with people/project leadership experience

• Experience in operations is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility for potential relocation opportunities
