In this leadership role, you are responsible for all potato agricultural operations supporting the Coaldale plant. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead KPI development and planning for Field Representatives

• Observe and implement safety measures during team meetings

• Streamline agricultural processes for seasonal activities

• Drive grower development initiatives regionally

• Ensure compliance through audits and process management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable post-secondary education

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in agriculture

• Strong leadership with the ability to build relationships

• Excellent negotiation and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel as necessary within the region
