Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident apartments and shared spaces

• Perform laundry tasks, ensuring cleanliness and order

• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and areas as required

• Maintain storage and utility areas properly

• Report maintenance issues and any resident concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Completion of company training programs

• Availability to work various shifts

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Understanding of sanitation principles
