As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for resident communication and swift follow-up on work orders. This includes routine maintenance of boilers, HVAC systems, and general plumbing, ensuring our properties thrive in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This job encompasses minor repairs and renovations, so you’ll be key in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and address resident maintenance requests

• Conduct preventative upkeep of building systems

• Perform minor repairs and renovations as needed

• Document all maintenance records accurately

• Be part of the on-call team for emergency responses

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience required

• Strong computer skills; experience with Yardi is an asset

• Clean driver’s license with access to a vehicle

• Must be available for flexible and on-call hours

• Pass a criminal background check
