The Caretaker position requires teamwork and effective communication to meet the school's needs. You will perform cleaning duties to maintain the school environment while engaging with students and staff positively. This role involves physical tasks, including lifting furniture and using various cleaning chemicals safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure Division buildings and manage safety protocols

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency procedure drills

• Carry out detailed cleaning of all surfaces and areas

• Maintain the outdoor areas, removing snow and ice

• Make minor adjustments to the building and equipment

Requirements:

• Demonstrable ability to relate well to students and staff

• Capable of working independently with good physical stamina

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and procedures

• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Police check and record checks must be satisfied
