Position: Full-Time Caretaker
Join the Holy Spirit Catholic School Division as a full-time Caretaker in Lethbridge. This key role involves working 35 hours per week to ensure a clean and safe school environment.

As a Caretaker at Father Leonard Van Tighem School, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. This position requires physical effort and a high level of satisfaction in completing tasks. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to supporting youth in a Christ-centered atmosphere while being able to manage cleaning responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for students

• Assist maintenance team with upkeep tasks

• Communicate effectively with supervisors

• Operate cleaning machines and tools

• Attend to routine cleaning assignments

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Caretaker experience

• High School Diploma essential

• WHMIS and First Aid certifications required

• Training in Fall Protection and Ladder Safety

• Strong initiative and effective communication abilities
