Maintenance Manager at Lantic Inc.

Location: Taber

Lead maintenance excellence at Lantic Inc.'s Taber Processing Plant as a Maintenance Manager. Ensure a safe work environment while optimizing production efficiencies and enhancing maintenance practices.

In this key role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and oversee maintenance staff, production equipment, and infrastructure improvements. A focus on compliance with health and safety regulations while optimizing Best Maintenance Practices will be essential. Your leadership will drive planned maintenance and reduce plant downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations

• Oversee maintenance staff and operational efficiencies

• Implement and optimize maintenance practices

• Manage the scheduling of equipment overhauls

• Provide training and succession planning for maintenance staff

Requirements:

• First Class Power Engineer or near completion

• 5-10 years of maintenance management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (asset)

• Experience with CMMS, preferably Maximo

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
