Our client, established over 30 years in Lethbridge, is hiring a Maintenance Foreman. This position combines leadership with fieldwork to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe. You will be instrumental in supporting your team and completing essential repairs and maintenance across different sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance across various commercial properties

• Mentor and supervise maintenance assistants

• Troubleshoot and maintain building systems like plumbing and electrical

• Prioritize repair requests and coordinate necessary materials

• Ensure high-quality general maintenance is performed

Requirements:

• 5 years of multi-trade or facility maintenance experience

• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean records

• Flexibility for seasonal work and travel as needed
