Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning services for apartments and public areas

• Maintain floors through vacuuming, buffing, and extracting

• Remove trash and debris from community areas

• Manage grounds maintenance including sidewalks and gardens

• Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions to management

Requirements:

• Complete all required Atria training programs

• Able to perform basic math calculations

• Familiar with using basic maintenance tools safely

• Understand English safety instructions

• Work various shifts as needed
