Your role ensures housing safety and functionality, supporting both tenants and organizational goals.
As a leader in property upkeep, you will handle daily maintenance tasks including inspections and repairs. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Tenant Relations Coordinator, to ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes. Additionally, your expertise will aid in managing operational budgets and improving housing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and necessary repairs
• Facilitate property inspections and security rounds
• Monitor tenant compliance and application processes
• Address emergency maintenance issues as required
• Perform minor repairs and maintain common areas
Requirements:
• GED or high school diploma necessary
• Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Act
• Proven ability to lead and mentor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical capability for demanding work tasks
