Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Maintenance Supervisor at UniFirst

Uni First is looking for a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to manage facility equipment and processes effectively. As part of our team, you'll identify areas for improvement, oversee ongoing training, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly

• Perform preventive maintenance on all production assets

• Manage compliance with maintenance regulations

• Train and develop the maintenance team

• Oversee safety protocols in the maintenance department

Requirements:

• Valid non-commercial driver’s license

• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 80 lbs
