In this critical position, you will ensure effective functioning of heating and cooling systems while applying your specialized knowledge of various Building Management Systems. Your participation in regular rotations for standby duties reinforces campus comfort and operations year-round. The role demands extensive monitoring and troubleshooting skills supported by a solid background in industrial maintenance.

• Manage daily HVAC operations across campus
• Utilize Building Management Software for monitoring
• Implement troubleshooting methods for system issues
• Fulfill standby duties outside of regular business hours
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to achieve operational goals

• Completion of grade 12 education
• 4th Class Power Engineering certificate
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance
• Knowledge of pneumatic and digital control components
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory
