Uni First is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to guide facility operations. This pivotal role offers a Monday–Friday schedule focused on enhancing maintenance processes and procedures.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure all equipment runs efficiently and identify improvement areas for maintenance practices. Tasks include troubleshooting, managing preventive maintenance, and training staff. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and departmental integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance activities

• Oversee safety compliance and training programs

• Manage maintenance budgets and scheduling

• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems

Requirements:

• Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate

• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong planning and vendor management skills

• Competency in reading maintenance literature

• Lockout/Tagout and basic welding experience preferred
